Key Responsibilities: Lead the Vibe: Create a culture where excellence is the baseline. Inspire your team to own every moment—from doors open to last call. Set the standard for professionalism, hospitality, and energy. Team Development: Recruit, coach, and grow a high-performance staff across bar, bottle service, security, and support. Lead from the front with servant leadership, humility, and high accountability. Operational Excellence: Optimize processes related to guest flow, bar operations, security, and cleanup. Ensure everything runs smoothly, find efficiencies, solve problems, and drive results. Own the P&L by managing labor, inventory, and vendor relationships, making data-driven decisions to grow the bottom line. Deliver World-Class Experiences: Ensure every guest has a memorable experience through consistency, class, and care. Handle feedback professionally and build a loyal following that keeps the club busy. Compete Relentlessly: Raise the bar with each shift and week.
