We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Nurse Manager / Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility. In this vital role, you will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit, or clinical function. Your responsibilities will include conducting the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations. As the Unit Manager, you will coordinate resource utilization, ensure timely and appropriate care interventions, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to our clinical systems, and regulatory compliance.
