What You Will Do: As a Bachelor’s prepared nurse, you will apply your clinical expertise in evidence-based nursing practice within the NICU. You will take on a leadership role, acting as a clinical expert and educator while impacting nurse-sensitive outcomes for our patients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2 Years of recent pertinent clinical experience California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Certification provided by employee Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a Master's program Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center Essential Functions: Clinical Expert: Improve outcomes for selected patient populations and incorporate new techniques into nursing practice.
