Logistics Processor The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. A day in the life includes receiving, unloading freight, unpacking and delivering newly arrived merchandise to selling departments. Fulfillment of customer orders in a timely manner, following quality standards, is also part of the job. Preparing and shipping customer's orders, utilizing inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments, and assisting in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms are also responsibilities. Providing general support to the store, such as setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures, is also required. You own this if you have a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative. Success working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications are also necessary. The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, is required.
