New Home Consultant Summary:
The New Home Consultant ’s primary focus is to administer/coordinate the new home purchase process & close of escrow with the ultimate goal of creating “tickled, delighted and happy” customers. In this role you will sell, process, & close homes in accordance with company business plans, adhering to the company’s selling philosophy when serving our home buying & realtor customers, utilizing all selling/organizational tools provided. This includes accompanying them through the Welcome Home Centers, undecorated models (which may be at various stages of construction), and/or available homesites.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Engage & establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
Must have 1-2 years’ experience specifically in homebuilding and/or real estate sales
Must have Current Florida Real Estate License in good standing
Must have Valid driver’s license & insurance coverage w/ good driving record
Must be available to work during peak business hours, including weekends & select holidays
Ability to prepare written documentation & complete contract calculations
Must have computer literacy/proficiency with Microsoft Office & sales tracking tools
Must have strong work ethic and excellent verbal/written communication skills
