Mobile Retail Cluster Leader

General Purpose of Position: The Cluster Leader is responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations and supervising several Retail Store Managers. This role includes driving sales performance, executing operational initiatives, managing expenses, handling personnel issues, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies across the district. As a Cluster Leader, you will strive to deliver exceptional customer service by continuously enhancing your team's capabilities. This position demands a strong leader who can solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage a diverse workforce to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Lead by example in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Keep the district team informed about industry, carrier, and company updates. Coordinate promotional activities and oversee merchandise displays.
Operations: Coach your team to master daily procedures and responsibilities. Conduct quarterly inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of operational documentation.
Personnel Management: Ensure Store Managers comply with company policies and standards. Drive sales performance by training and developing your sales team.
Communications & Public Relations: Represent the Carrier and the company professionally. Communicate essential information regarding promotions and operational changes to the district team.
Additional Duties: Contribute to a respectful work environment, adhere to company policies, and proactively solve workplace challenges.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to develop and train a workforce while building strong relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of the technology, telecommunications, or electronics industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in sales and general management with a successful sales and customer service background.
Job Requirements: Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Working Conditions: This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods. You must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds and undertake physical tasks involving climbing, carrying, and bending.
