You will be a brand ambassador, energizing and inspiring customers about our innovative products and services. Your passion for technology and the connected world will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced environment as we continuously evolve the Retail experience to meet our customers' needs. In this role, you'll have the chance to cultivate meaningful connections with customers, proactively addressing their needs, while forming and deepening relationships that stand out in the wireless industry. You will continuously enhance your expertise to understand customer requirements and passionately advocate for device and service solutions. This position also serves as a foundational learning experience, preparing you for advancement to the Mobile Expert role upon successful completion of your training. Key Responsibilities: Build proficiency in providing exceptional service and selling to our customers, fostering loyalty through a world-class customer experience. Assist customers in resuming their shopping journeys seamlessly, whether they began online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available in-store. Engage in side-by-side selling, finding tailored solutions for customers that enhance their connectivity to loved ones and lifestyles. Approach service and sales interactions with integrity, composure, and compassion. Develop skills in utilizing digital tools to: Showcase our extensive coverage benefits in customers' neighborhoods. Highlight how our plans and services empower customers to live unlimited, feel loved, stay connected, and explore further. Engage productively with T-Mobile employees across all channels, including business and customer service, to: Enhance the overall customer experience and resolve any issues. Identify and pass on potential small business leads. Support team initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred. Skills and Abilities: Passionate advocate for customers with a personable approach. Driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting. Willingness to collaborate with team members and leaders to share ideas and resolve issues. Effective at balancing customer needs while meeting performance goals. Additional Information: Minimum age: 18 years Must be legally authorized to work in the United States As a part of your first 90 days with T-Mobile, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion of your training, Mobile Associates are promoted to the Mobile Expert role, qualifying for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance and full-time status. Every employee at T-Mobile is guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives.
