Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers within our National Sales partner locations, where active customer interaction is key to success. You will serve as a brand ambassador, creating excitement and energy around T-Mobile's products and services. Mobile Associates are experts at building meaningful connections with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities: Engage proactively with customers in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools effectively during customer interactions and onboarding processes. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's offerings. Educate customers on utilizing digital self-service tools and the T-Mobile app. Complete training on in-store experiences, new products, and procedures to enhance your skill set. Continuously monitor personal performance, promotions, and updates to ensure being Customer Ready. Collaborate with nearby locations for customer onboarding and ensure seamless transitions. Exhibit customer obsession by connecting with customers and exceeding their expectations. Proactively reach out to customers, follow up, manage Be Back processes, and capture referrals. Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Customer Satisfaction: A passionate customer advocate who balances experience with performance goals. Team Building: A commitment to being part of an innovative T-Mobile team, sharing best practices, and resolving customer issues. Retail Sales: A competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $20.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, they can promote to the Mobile Expert role, with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
