Job Overview Mobile Associates in Store-in-Store locations are vital to our retail team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within national sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in high-traffic environments. Their goal is to educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs, exceeding performance targets through excellent service and sales. Job Responsibilities Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting using digital tools, effectively communicating the value of T-Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify customer needs, and demonstrate product benefits to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction. Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience. Build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and follow up to foster loyalty. Perform price overrides for specific offers as needed. Collaborate with nearby stores and support the customer journey from setup to support and account management. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required) Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills (Required) Team-oriented with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Additional Information Minimum age: 18 years; authorized to work in the U.S.; travel not required. Hourly base pay is $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training. Full-time employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
