Your mission is to actively engage customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage a diverse range of customers in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques. Recommend T-Mobile products and educate customers on self-service options, enhancing their overall experience. Consistently review personal performance metrics and stay informed on promotions to remain customer ready. Perform essential store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring security of assets. Build and maintain rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and fostering loyalty. Collaborate with nearby store locations to facilitate seamless customer onboarding and support. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting. Passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to connect personally with clients. Strong drive for performance and success in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to work harmoniously within a team-oriented atmosphere. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $16.50, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Opportunity to earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year upon promotion after 90 days. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Participation in the Annual Stock Grant for all employees.
