Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you will play a vital role in representing the T-Mobile brand in partner locations, where engaging with customers actively is essential for success. You'll be an ambassador for our products and services, generating excitement and enthusiasm in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. Your expertise in building and cultivating relationships with customers through meaningful interactions will set you apart. You will excel at identifying customer needs and will passionately educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions that elevate their experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a wide array of customers in a bustling retail environment. Utilize digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile offerings. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products. Support customers in using digital self-service tools and the T-Mobile app for their wireless needs. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and operational processes. Engage in ongoing personal assessment of results, promotions, and updates to remain Customer Ready. Work collaboratively with nearby store teams to onboard customers effectively. Perform store operations, including security of kiosk assets and proper reporting protocols. Demonstrate exceptional customer service, fostering trust and loyalty in every interaction. Actively reach out to potential customers, manage follow-ups, and build lasting relationships. Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless account setup and servicing for customers. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and/or retail sales (Required) Passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to connect with customers authentically (Required) Team-oriented, willing to learn and share best practices (Required) Competitive spirit to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Compensation: Starting base pay is $17.50 per hour, complemented by an additional $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, eligible associates will receive on-the-job training and qualify for promotions with increased earning potential, including an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance.
