Overview: As a Mobile Associate, you will play a vital role in our Retail Team, representing the T-Mobile brand in thriving retail environments. In this fast-paced setting, you’ll build and nurture relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively and education customers about our services. Identify and meet customer needs through solution-based selling. Complete thorough training to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and store procedures. Collaborate with nearby stores to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. Provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Follow up with customers to nurture sales and maintain relationships. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Retail Sales: Competitive and motivated to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. This position requires you to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Your starting hourly pay will be $19.00, plus $5.00 in training pay, and you’ll have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role and earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000. T-Mobile guarantees that all employees can earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives.
