As the Training Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Experience Expert team is properly trained. These Experience Experts will provide a white glove experience to consumers and will be experts in Meta’s MR & Wearable hardware. You will be responsible for the team’s management of the learning track in our LMS platform Engage Center as well as lead by example on the sales floor at how to provide white glove service. Minimum Pay

Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products including accessories Conduct group or one-on-one training sessions with reps Provide feedback to Retail Manager & Director on training with reps Host and execute events Engaging with the Retail Trainer as needed to help to drive training course compliance and additional training tasks Other functions as requested by management What You'll Bring
Experience and Education: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Experience in leading live web trainings and training facilitation Experience with eLearning/WBT authoring platforms (. Captivate, Storyline, Photoshop, Skills and Attributes: Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry related experience to train team members Must be results and detail oriented Must have passion for technology and innovation Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn Able to work well both in a team environment Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time Flexible availability Travel 10% or less as needed based on the needs of the business Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
