Clearly communicate purpose and scope of the federal rule requirement to providers and individuals with disabilitiesConduct site visits to provider agency service delivery settings to assess staff interactions with individuals in the non residential setting for compliance of the new federal standards for home and community based services settingsConsistency in completing survey instruments and to take accurate notes based on observations and regularly report results and information collected back to the project teamRepresent PCGSSO and the client in a professional mannerRequired Skills Ability to consistently interact with provider staff and individuals with disabilities in an appropriate professional and respectful mannerAttention to detail with the ability to document clear observations with accurate results Creative problem solving ability Dedication to accomplishing goals and overcoming challenges Flexible self starter possessing intellectual curiosity Person centered planning and thinking skillsExcellent oral presentation and written communication skills Solid organization and time management skillsRequired Experience Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred There is potential for greater compensation for candidates with advanced degrees andor licenseStrong social services background preferably with home and community based services supporting populations such as individuals with physical and intellectual disabilitiesPrior experience conducting interviews with individuals with intellectual disabilitiesSurvey assessment or compliance experience in human services or a related fieldPrior experience conducting health care facility site visits is preferredOther Requirements Site visit scheduling is mostly flexible with 1 3 hour site visits potentially from 700am 500pm CST 5 days a week Some scheduling constraints may apply to get broad sampling of visits at different times and to ensure that visits can be completed within required time frame at the discretion of PCGCommunity Site Surveyors are expected to use their own vehicles for travel with mileage reimbursement In state regional travel will be required to conduct site visits but will be assigned and scheduled in an attempt to cluster site visits to nearby applicants Overnight travel is not anticipated but there is potential for an overnight stay if neededThese roles will be one year contract opportunities from January 2019 through December 2019 "> html { margin: 0px auto 0px auto;
