Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

Mental Health Therapist Compensation: $66,000-$78,000 estimated salary (55-65% fee split) Compensation is dependent on education/experience Mental Health Therapist Benefits: 1099 Mental Health Therapist Schedule: Minimum of 10 clients a week - max of 35 Hybrid workplace - on-site and remote As part of our clinical team, you would:• Provide therapy and assessment services in a private, outpatient, group practice Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community Be joining a cohesive, energetic, and fun professional team atmosphere GROW Counseling is a group of professionals dedicated to helping clients of all ages find balance, growth, and health. Individuals, couples, families, and groups are seen at four locations throughout the city for concerns such as grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, eating disorders, stress management, parenting, and career transition.
