Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy that aligns with the unique needs of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Develop and implement comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey. Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, improving the quality of client care with your insights. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to high standards of professional practice. Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists to provide holistic mental health support. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field is required. Possession of a provisional license per state regulations if applicable. Educational background leading to professional licensing. A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
