Exciting Opportunity: This position offers a generous sign-on bonus of $1,500! ($750 after 60 days and another $750 after six months of continuous service and satisfactory performance) Purpose & Impact: You will supervise clinical aspects of therapy, case management, and training to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments of youth in care. Ensure compliance with licensing and quality assurance standards set by regulatory agencies. Develop and implement treatment plans. Engage in multidisciplinary staff meetings. Facilitate professional development for assigned staff to promote quality service delivery. Maintain organized case management systems and client records. Be available on-call for clinical support through cell phone communication. Participate actively in various staff conferences and meetings. Accurately collect and submit statistical data for processing on time. Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling as necessary. Act as the Privacy Officer for HIPAA compliance. Design and deliver training sessions for clinical and residential staff with the Clinical Director. Provide high-quality customer service to various stakeholders and agencies. Additional Responsibilities: Complete all other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director. Physical Requirements: This role requires high energy, adaptability to irregular hours, flexibility for on-call rotations, and travel as needed. Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of three years of clinical experience working with troubled youth and their families is needed. Supervisory experience is a plus. Skills: You should be well-organized, an effective administrator, an excellent clinician, a good communicator, and a dedicated team player. Additional Requirements: Demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs of our service population. Key Accountabilities: Report to the Clinical Director. Collaborate effectively with co-workers, administrators, and funding bodies. Ensure accurate and timely submission of required statistical reports. Adhere to licensing and quality assurance standards. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Follow agency policies and procedures diligently. Why Join LSF?
