In this role, you will closely work with individuals navigating various mental health challenges, offering outpatient counseling services to adults. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans while regularly assessing patient progress towards their goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Experience with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is encouraged. Willingness to learn about Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services according to regulatory standards. Operate within the core values of respect and care for others. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Required: Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Current and full licensure as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Bi-lingual preferred. EMDR certification is a plus. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an emphasis on program-specific assessments and outcome measures. Expert engagement skills with patients and supportive networks. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality. Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
