You'll engage in flexible, part-time teletherapy sessions with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Accountabilities:
Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to youth and families using clinically proven methods. Collaborate with psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to deliver integrated care. Participate in ongoing training on proprietary care models and clinical techniques. Contribute to the development and testing of new therapy protocols and approaches. Maintain detailed, timely documentation in a secure digital platform. Attend team meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated and quality care. Be available for evening sessions, with potential opportunities to work Saturdays. Requirements Active clinical license in New York as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC (multi-state licensure is a plus). Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, teens, and families in a therapeutic setting. Strong grasp of telehealth platforms and comfort working in a fully virtual environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Compassionate, engaging clinical approach and a passion for improving pediatric mental health.
