What You'll Do

Drive membership sales as your top priority through engaging conversations and solution-based selling Build strong relationships with prospects to connect them with the right membership or service package Promote and upsell retail products, training add-ons, and special offers to maximize value for members Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits and turn visits into new memberships Consistently hit and exceed personal and team sales targets-and celebrate the wins Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately while keeping the front desk professional and welcoming Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Support management with sales initiatives, promotions, and daily operations
