Assist members, prospective members, and providers with questions regarding benefits and pharmacy services in a high-volume call center environment. Handle inbound calls with a focus on providing customer support and enhancing member satisfaction. Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D enrollment and CMS guidelines. Attend all scheduled training for 4-6 weeks during the defined hours.
Critical Information
MUST live in Oklahoma but this role is 100% remote. Internet speed test must show a minimum speed of 25 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload. A hardwired connection is required; wireless connections will not be permitted. Prior work experience in a call center environment is preferred.
Education/Licenses Needed
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a similar field is preferred.
