As a medical surgical nurse, you will be responsible for providing whole-person care to patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful as a medical surgical nurse, you should have graduation from an accredited nursing program, Oregon RN licensure, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of nursing experience. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
