Details for the position are as follows:Job Description: Pay: $22-$25/hour to start (based on experience) Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: 40 hours per week | OnsiteKey Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care by establishing rapport, preparing patients for visits, taking vital signs, updating medical records, and clearly communicating appointment details. Support clinical operations by assisting providers with exams and procedures, maintaining clean and well-stocked exam rooms, and ensuring all equipment is prepared and operational. Manage administrative and operational tasks, including inventory control of medical supplies and completion of additional duties as assigned.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or MA certification (must be obtained within six months of hire) required Phlebotomy certification (or ability to obtain within six months of hire) required CPR certification required Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems required Strong customer service and communication skills across multiple modalities Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Highly collaborative, empathetic, and exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
