Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for vitals, injections, basic triage and should be able to assist in minor procedures.Team Highlights: Family medicine doctors are devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. Kootenai Clinic's family medicine providers provide traditional family medical care services by appointment. Our family doctors have offices in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden. In many of these locations, our family doctors share office space with other specialists such as internal medicine doctors and rheumatology physicians. Responsibilities: Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information on patients' chartsMay be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysisPrepares treatment rooms for examination of patientsPerforms a variety of tasksTypically reports to supervisor or managerPerforms other related duties as assignedFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fieldRegular and predictable attendance is an essential job functionCompetent to meet age specific needs of the unit assignedRequirements and Minimum Qualifications: LPN Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:Vocational/technical training program in NursingState of Idaho Licensed Practice NurseBLS Required.
