Total compensation for the Mechanical Assistant Project Manager in Dulles, VA is between $90,000 and $115,000. Competitive Hourly Salary

Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities Provide support to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
We do self-performing work, so you'll need to work with craftsman, foreman and the owner.
Help plan out projects from start to finish with an understanding of all the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process.
You'll utilize your LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of what the owner wants and how we can deliver it.
You'll play a key role in managing the financials and making sure the project stays on track.
You'll get to mentor younger people and help prepare them for the next step in their profession in keeping with our core value “People.”
Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
3-7 Years’ experience as a Project Engineering assisting with the management of projects - Mechanical Scope.
Assist with overall success of the project, track project production, and build good relationships with clients.
Assist with any Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, Change Order Pricing, and Purchase orders.
Strong experience assisting mechanical construction projects with a Mechanical Contractor.
Extensive experience within HVAC & Plumbing on design/build commercial and healthcare projects.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary LEED AP, CEM
