Material/Stock Handler (Department of Cutting)

The Cutting Stock Handler is responsible for moving and organizing product between our cutting and finishing departments.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Material handling utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks • Operating a Load Turning machine • Performing quality checks • General plant clean-up • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills • Basic computer skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively • Must be able to work 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am Sunday - Thursday) with some overtime/weekend work.
Training most likely will take place on first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is expected to last up to 120 days, depending on the needs of the role and individual progress.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
