In a fast-paced environment, the S04 Material Handler will be primarily supporting order fulfillment efforts to ensure timely delivery of e-commence merchandise to our students, staff, faculty, alumni and other customers. The key responsibilities will include picking ordered merchandise from designated areas, organizing orders effectively to pack, label and place for shipment. Additionally, this role will help as needed with preparing and putting away incoming merchandise and help select products needed to transfer to other locations that need replenishments. Demonstrate proficiency with technology including NetSuite and RF Smart mobile and online tools.

Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency
1+ years of related ecommerce order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and / or customer service experience.
Basic proficiency in English involving reading, writing, math (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, using fractions) and verbal articulation.
Basic proficiency using online/inventory management systems.
Experience modeling values that support inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing.
Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of retail terminology and products.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping.
Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or RF Smart.
