What We Offer:Weekly Pay - $ 17.00/hourFull-Time, Year-Round EmploymentPaid Training5 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)6 Paid HolidaysUp to 50% of Health Insurance Premiums CoveredAccess to Retirement Plan and Employee Savings Programs Job Responsibilities:Perform light assembly, basic machining, and/or packaging according to work assignments.Follow detailed instructions, prints, and quality standards to ensure proper assembly.Read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints.Inspect parts and products for quality and accuracy.Transport completed products using proper material handling procedures.Replenish raw materials and supplies at the workstation.Complete required documentation and data entry tasks.Package units for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.Support other workstations/departments as needed.Report any safety concerns and participate in workplace safety programs. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and math/problem-solving skills.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, hammers) and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures).Familiarity with assembly drawings and bill of materials (BOMs).Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.Understanding of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kanban is helpful.Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
