Graham Auto Repair is looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. You'll be a key player in driving brand growth, increasing customer engagement, and strengthening our presence, all while upholding our core values. What You'll Do Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print. Create compelling, high-quality content for our social media channels, blog, and newsletters to boost brand visibility. Manage our day-to-day social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and actively engaging with our audience. Design marketing materials like flyers, digital graphics, and posters. Optimize website content for targeted keywords and ensure all links are functional and accurate. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to make strategic adjustments. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in SEO and digital marketing. Community Outreach & Engagement: Act as our primary point of contact for community inquiries and build relationships with local businesses and organizations. Represent Graham Auto Repair at community events and networking opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and execute community-focused events, managing all logistics from start to finish. Identify and secure partnership, sponsorship, and donation opportunities that align with our company values. Monitor public feedback on various platforms and alert leadership to significant comments. Position Requirements & Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of professional experience in marketing, communications, and SEO required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and social media marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Capcut, or other video editors). A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Superior attention to detail and a high degree of accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Must be able to travel for events and outreach activities. (Some events will be on weekends.) Physical Demands & Working Conditions Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery. Occasionally ascends/descends stairs. Will frequently communicate both verbally and electronically. Occasionally will move/lift items up to 20 lbs. Primarily will work indoors but maybe be exposed to outside weather conditions and shop noise and odors.
