Job Summary We seek skilled and motivated Manufacturing Production Technicians to join our team in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time, temporary position offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities Assembly is the core responsibility of this role. You will perform precise mechanical, electronic, and subassembly work to build high-quality products from start to finish. Working from detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics, you will accurately fit, secure, and connect components, ensuring every unit meets exact production and quality standards. From routing and crimping wires to mounting parts and testing completed products, you will be directly involved in transforming individual parts into finished goods. You will also conduct quality inspections on parts, assemblies, and finished products to verify accuracy, performance, and compliance with specifications. Operating production tools, hand tools, and basic assembly equipment will be part of your daily routine, requiring safe handling and consistent attention to detail. Additional duties include staging materials for production, packaging finished products, and preparing items for customer shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential to safety and efficiency. You will follow all manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality control processes while contributing to a positive and productive team environment. Problem-solving skills, the ability to follow precise instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are key to success in this position.
Work Schedule The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Occasional Saturday shifts when needed Overtime opportunities are available, offering the chance to increase your earnings.
Requirements The position is physically active, requiring you to stand for long periods, bend frequently, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma/GED, and have reliable transportation. Communication skills are needed to follow assembly instructions and coordinate with team members. Dependable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques are highly valued.
