Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile: 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations for Marketplaces like Amazon 5+ years of Client Facing Experience Customer-obsessed with a strong track record working collaboratively with clients and internal teams Enjoys helping team collaboration and thrives in a cooperative, positive environment Excels in quantitative analysis and has a passion for working with numbers Excited to share data-driven insights through excellent presentation skills Demonstrates autonomy and interest in being an Individual Contributor (IC) while managing a team of analysts Responsibilities: As an Individual Contributor, oversee strategy and ensure alignment with client goals. Drive efficiencies in retail operations, marketplace compliance and inventory management Work cross functionally with media, creative and analytics teams to integrate Amazon strategies flawlessly Own within a team, a full book of business across multiple brands and marketplaces Oversee and own client relationships; including ownership of client calls, performance to client goals, strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth Stay ahead of industry trends, guiding clients & internal teams on best practices & emerging marketplace opportunities Be a super user of Momentum Commerce's Technology Be an Amazon Operations expert Keep in front of Amazon's innovations, guide clients through adoption, and support knowledge sharing within the team Mentor peers on the team and be a positive energy multiplier Requirements: Full-time position open to candidates in the United States Target OTE (On-Target Earnings): $125,000 - $145,000 USD annually Momentum Commerce Offers: A positive, dynamic work environment with passionate and intelligent colleagues Generous and flexible vacation policy Full medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k with vested company matching for qualifying employees In-person annual gatherings (Last Year's all company summit was hosted in Newport, RI) Awesome company swag
