Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery

Supervise and mentor radiation therapists and support staff

Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization

Maintain and enforce radiation safety protocols and equipment QA
