OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
The
Product Development, Digital Retail & Exhibits Manager
fulfills all phases of retail coordination online and onsite at the Dome Digital Store (and other exhibits), Conferences, Conventions & Events as well as other retail/product related assignments.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
Interviews, hires and trains staff
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of departmental staff
Conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Assists with discipline as needed and in accordance with company policy
Supervises, trains and assist retail volunteer team in customer service and product promotions
Develop and maintain a schedule for volunteer team and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with supplies/vendors to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
Pursue better ways to promote online and physical store
Maintains up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicates with product vendors, initiating product codes, overseeing product detail sheet creation, Info Requirement sheets and completion and communication with Partnership and Media teams
Fulfills all phases of retail coordination online and onsite at the Dome Digital Store (and other exhibits) as well as other retail related assignments
Catalogs sermon series and creating titles for those sermon series with media
Initiates back liners, scripts and information documents for sermon series and other products
Works with retail and MOD to have sermon series uploaded as products into the e-store for use
Works with Media to have sermon series spots created
Creates and executes for all event merchandise and products including raw materials sourcing, design and printing of materials, all Monthly Partner Letter Products and Product Inserts
Liaison for Media, Customer Service, MOD and Retail Departments
Develops CDM sales promos and develop catalogues within the Shopify system
Updates Dome Digital store product offerings via digital screen monthly
Submits in store retail items for purchase monthly
Coordinates in person and digital retail selections for Changing Your World Conventions, Speaking Engagements and events, selling the assigned products, interacting with a variety of customers and establishing relationships with potential retailers and partners
Represents Creflo Dollar Ministries in a manner that assures our customer's delight with our product, process, and services
Consults published professional materials, and Internet resources for further education in the latest rules for style, formatting, spelling, punctuation and grammar
Obtains/creates all market surveys, analytics and reporting for Retail products and initiatives
Employs quick turn-around while maintaining accuracy
Prioritizes assignments, juggles multiple tasks and meets multiple deadlines
Attends and initiates meetings for departmental and personal professional development
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures
A gracious, Christ-like demeanor in demanding situations
Attends meetings for developing and producing outside work orders
All other duties as assigned by the director
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism is preferred
Candidates degreed in Communications or a related field may also apply
Documented comparable work or volunteer experience may be considered
EXPERIENCE:
Previous retail experience
Managing store operations
Sales experience
A minimum of three years' work experience as a content creator, CMOS, AP, CWMS required. Experience in editing and writing a plus
