SUMMARY: The Clinical Director directs and coordinates activities of clinical services for programs offered. They ensure the clinical staff receive appropriate supervision and assure quality care for all patients consistent with Rogerss mission. The Clinical Director facilitates connections with community providers to create referral sources and ensures the patient has a continuum of care and utilization of services within the Rogers system. The Clinical Director works closely with operational leadership to ensure the clinic meets the organizations strategic initiatives and addresses any performance improvement needs for clinical staff. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8a-5p RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Rogers Behavioral Health regional programs clinical staff performance in providing treatment services. Ensure appropriate clinical supervision for staff. Conduct and oversee patient care audits to evaluate quality. Facilitate the clinical continuum of care within the community and with Rogers Residential and inpatient services. Develop program schedules and training curricula based on empirically supported practices. Participate in CBT Academy modules. May provide direct patient care, including assessments and treatment planning. Monitor staff performance and provide continuing education opportunities. Ensure staff development and conduct performance reviews. Develop and ensure compliance with bylaws, rules, and regulations. Report to the COO of Regional PHP/IOP programs and represent Clinical Services to various committees and the Board.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a psychology-related field, licensed at the doctorate level in Georgia. Experience in psychiatric settings preferred. Experience in marketing, patient development, or community relations preferred. Must pass background and drug screening.
