PrideNow is hiring an Customer Service Technician to troubleshoot, commission, and support industrial equipment, both in the field and in-house.

This is a Permanent position

Location: Tonawanda, NY 14150 Pay range: $29 to 30/hr

Shift: 1st Shift - 8AM - 5PM

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and fix equipment issues

Support system installations and testing

Manage service records and reports

Deliver top-notch customer service on-site

What You Bring:

Tech certificate or associate degree + 3–5 yrs experience is Required

Willingness to travel extensively and provide flexible on-call support

Strong PLC/control system knowledge

Able to read schematics and work independently

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
