We are hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts with competitive starting wages ranging from $21.25 to $36.75 per hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities: Perform advanced repairs and conduct preventative maintenance on various equipment to minimize downtime and achieve performance goals. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with experience using tools and equipment. Previous welding experience is a plus. Commitment to safety and compliance with USDA standards. Clean safety record. Skills in metal fabrication. Ability to work independently without supervision. Proficient in using computer systems for data input and management. Capability to research and identify components for repairs from manuals and catalogs. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving twisting, bending, and walking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical control systems. Experience in repairing electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to complete projects from start to finish independently. Associate degree in applied science or relevant experience in manufacturing maintenance. Experience in plumbing. Welding experience with stainless steel and aluminum. Familiarity with fabrication machine operations, including milling machines and CNC equipment.
