Made In is looking for a curious, collaborative, and creatively-minded Creative Strategy Coordinator to support our growing Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help power the performance creative process—from identifying trends to concepting ideas and analyzing results. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy, you'll contribute to the production of best-in-class ads that drive results across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, a sharp creative eye, and a strong interest in how creativity and performance intersect. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, BI, and Paid Media teams, and play a key role in shaping content that drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, AppLovin, CTV, and more.
Write clear, actionable creative briefs for static and video ads, tailored to each platform’s best practices.
Contribute to content creation by editing short-form video, generating concepts, and supporting in-studio production days in Austin.
Source, vet, and onboard high-quality UGC creators, managing the process from outreach to recruitment.
QA creative assets to ensure brand, platform, and performance alignment.
Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and inform testing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling ideas, hooks, and formats.
Maintain a structured creative testing roadmap, tracking iterations, results, and insights.
Ensure all creative execution aligns with strategic goals outlined in briefs.
Stay current on emerging trends in digital advertising, social media, and consumer behavior.
Organize and maintain creative assets, documentation, and reports for easy team access.
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of experience in a creative strategy, performance marketing, or content-focused role (internship or agency experience welcome)
Strong interest in creative performance marketing and understanding what drives engagement and conversions.
Familiarity with major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and an eagerness to learn the nuances of each.
Analytical mindset—you enjoy digging into performance data to spot trends and learn what works.
Proactive communicator who’s organized, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
Awareness of cultural and content trends across platforms.
Strong project management and tracking skills
Bonus Skills
Experience in content creation (video editing, design, or UGC coordination)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other creative software
Experience with creative analytics tools or performance dashboards (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Interest in the kitchen, food, or culinary space
