Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous rehabilitation or LTC experience preferred. An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional.
