About the Facility Location The facility is located in Virginia. About the Clinician's Workday The typical workweek is 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with call from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. one night per week and one weekend per month, based on a 1:4 rotation. During vacations or position vacancies, call may increase to two nights per week and two weekends per month. Common case types include CABG and SAVR, with an average of two cases per day. APPs assist in surgeries, cover the floor, participate in rounds, and occasionally see patients in the office when needed.
