Papa John's Transportation Division - Des Moines, IA Papa John's Trans Papa Logistics is seeking dedicated, results-driven CDL drivers to join our transportation team. We offer two distinct driving positions, each designed to meet different career goals and lifestyle preferences. Delivering fresh ingredients to Papa John's stores, our drivers play a crucial role in making our pizza better. CDL-B Local Delivery Driver Compensation & Bonuses
* Hourly Pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience * Competitive pay package with mileage, stop, and activity-based pay
Route Details
* Home every day - local delivery only * Multi-stop deliveries within 100-mile radius of distribution center * Solo driver position with hand truck unloading * Consistent, predictable schedule
Requirements
* Valid Class B CDL * Minimum 12 months commercial driving experience (preferred) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently * Physical capability to maneuver loaded hand trucks/pallet jacks * Clean DOT drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
* Operate commercial vehicles safely per DOT regulations * Complete pre- and post-trip inspections * Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation * Provide excellent customer service * Communicate effectively with distribution centers and stores * Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
