What You'll Do:
As a Bartender, you'll mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and restaurant, ensuring each interaction is welcoming, engaging, and professional.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare drink orders for guests and cocktail servers accurately and efficiently Create a fun and welcoming environment while upselling and suggesting specialty cocktails, beer, and wine Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly, following all laws and guidelines Mix drinks according to recipes and maintain knowledge of current beverage trends Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and visually appealing at all times Slice and prepare fruit garnishes; stock bar supplies as needed Handle payment transactions quickly and accurately Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and supervisors Follow company uniform and appearance policies Maintain professionalism during all guest and team interactions What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who: Enjoys engaging with guests and creating a lively experience Thrives under pressure and adapts easily to changes Works well as part of a team and supports coworkers Maintains high standards and attention to detail Communicates effectively and listens to guest needs Takes initiative, accepts feedback, and shows a willingness to learn Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED preferred Prior bartending or barback experience is a plus Must have or be able to obtain the following licenses: Non-Gaming Card Food Handler's Card Alcohol Awareness Card
