* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Help with catering events as needed, preparing dishes for large groups while maintaining quality standards.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. * Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary techniques is essential. * Ability to work collaboratively with others while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
