Ggiata is a New Jersey–style Italian deli bringing big, bold sandwiches, fresh salads, and house-made desserts to Los Angeles. Everything we serve is made in-house — from sauces and dressings to biscuits and cookies. With five locations (and more opening soon), we’re growing quickly and looking for passionate team members who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Set up your station each shift, ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready to go.
• Prep ingredients (cutting, chopping, mixing, sauces) and cook items by grilling, frying, sautéing, etc.
• Maintain food quality and safety by checking temps and following sanitation standards.
• Keep your station spotless, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Take pride in tasting and serving food that looks and tastes amazing.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of kitchen experience.
• Basic English & Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• A team player who’s organized, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to stay on your feet during the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Someone who values consistency, time management, and producing food you’re proud of.
