Troquet on South is seeking a PM LINE COOK . You must have experience, and prior work in a fine dining restaurant is recommended. You must send your résumé. We are looking for an individual that wants to learn and grow in a small close kitchen, Chef Aaron Lhamon works with his staff as a collective mind, working on elevating the dining experiences in Troquet fine dining, Troquet’s bar, and the Offsuit cocktail bar. Our unique setup allows for classic preparations done in a modern way, as well as creative bites presented in Offsuit.

The menu changes frequently, with the flexibility to create and recreate. We serve 5-, 7-, or 10-course tasting menus right next to iconic items like the Boston Speed Dog. Troquet is a 22-year-old restaurant near South Station. We boast one of Boston’s most diverse and exclusive wine lists as well as creating and memorable cocktails.
