We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join the culinary team at a well-established hotel in the heart of Seattle. Salary: $23.00/hr - Weekly Pay
Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is cooked and served at the correct temperature and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed. Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Communicate effectively with chefs and other team members regarding orders and special requests. Cook Qualifications: Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a hotel or restaurant. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices. Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
