Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle food items with care, utilizing proper food handling techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Participate in catering events as needed, providing high-quality service off-site.
