What You Will Do Assisting and following the direction of the chef team Striving and achieving maintenance of quality standards Communicate clearly with managers and other kitchen team members Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized, and calculated
What You Need to Bring to the Table 3+ years of high volume kitchen cooking experience High end level restaurant experience is a plus Strong verbal communication skills Strong ability to listen and follow direction Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality A willingness to learn from your management team and accept responsibilities as given Ability to be adaptable and abide by the policies and values of the company Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Compensation & Benefits You will be eligible to participate in RDM employee benefits package (medical, dental, etc.) Reasonable Hours and Quality of Life. We strive to always give two days off together, a respectable work week and very competitive pay for the right candidate.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
