The Role The Line Cook reports to the Executive Chef. The primary responsibility of the Line Cook is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Line Cook must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.

Ability to stand during an entire shift Exerting up to 25 kgs of force occasionally, and/or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
