Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of food. Work with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management. Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen by following all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed. Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Qualifications: Previous cooking experience. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with precision and consistency. A passion for food and commitment to high-quality preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
