Competitive Pay: $16.50 - $18.50/hour + credit for experience
Schedule: Full-time with evening or split shift availability. Days may vary, with willingness to work evenings and weekends required

What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to planned menus and dietary requirements
Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions
Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure quality and customer-focused service
Adapt to changing needs while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment
What You'll Need:
High school graduate or equivalent (required)
Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Manager Certification (required)
Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
2 years institutional cooking experience in long-term care or assisted living (required)
Preferred: experience in both institutional cooking and fine dining
